A SPECIAL SPRING

Amid the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year – when many people reunite with their families – a group of French students from La Croix Rouge Lasalle Brest chose a very special way to celebrate: quietly coming to Binh Trieu Center to contribute through meaningful actions.

From early morning until evening, they worked tirelessly repainting window frames and carefully reinstalling the computer room for the center. No noise, no show — just focus, responsibility, and warm smiles. Each fresh coat of paint and every completed computer not only improved the center’s appearance but also opened new learning opportunities for the children.

 Alongside the French students were FFSC volunteers and students from FPT BTEC. During Tet – a sacred time for family reunion – they chose to set aside personal celebrations to prepare, collaborate, and support wholeheartedly. This was not only volunteerism but also a beautiful expression of generosity and social responsibility among young people.

After working hours, students from both schools gathered around simple meals, friendly football matches, and shared activities. Language barriers gradually faded through laughter. Cultural differences were no longer obstacles but became bridges, building sincere and lasting friendships.

 The highlight of this meaningful journey was the Cultural Exchange Program between FPT BTEC students, French students from La Croix-Rouge, and the center. The interactive performances, heartfelt thank-you notes, and emotional glances created a perfect ending to a series of days filled with dedication and hard work. During that emotional exchange, representatives from La Croix Rouge school donated 3,500 Euros to support the center, signed a partnership agreement between FFSC – FPT BTEC – BTS SN Croix Rouge, and jointly performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the new computer room. This marks an important milestone, opening a path toward long-term cooperation.

The event has ended, but its human values continue to spread. FFSC would like to express its deepest gratitude to the esteemed teachers and all the students of both schools for contributing to creating a special spring – a spring of solidarity, cross-border friendship, and loving hearts.
