Attending the ceremony were Sister Bich Huyen – Execuitive Director , benefactors Mr. and Mrs. Frances Phil Maclaurin and Mr. Jean Jacques Richard, volunteers, staffs, teachers and more than 600 childrens.

Speech at the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Frances Phil expressed their sincere thanks to the Sisters and teachers who have taught the children; and what is even more special is that they have had the opportunity to accompany the FFSC over the past many years. I
