PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
On the morning of March 31, 2021, 20 students fifth-grader of Binh An Development Center had a practical experience at Thanh Thuy fresh bakery on the technology of making cakes and sandwiches.
Attending the event by Mr. Tran Nhat Truong – Manager of School Kitchen Club, Ms. Thanh Thuy, owner of fresh bread shop – the companion and Ms. Phuong Thao – representative of Tan Vinh Phat Food Company is also a companion unit. They divide into 2 groups to perform. The baker taught enthusiastically and thoughtfully from the preparation of baking ingredients, kneading the dough, … so the students were very eager and made their cakes with many animals they loved. Although the product is not beautiful, it is the result of the first contact with the baking profession. At the same time, these cakes were brought go home and given to the friends in the center
Before leaving, Mr.Truong encouraged students to try to study well. On behalf of the Center, Sister Hong Nhi thanked you for creating opportunities and accompanying the center in education and career guidance for the children.
On the afternoon of March 16, 2021, Ms. Lam Ngoc Tu and 6 employees of KOIKEYA VIETNAM CO, Ltd came to Binh Trieu Development Center to have activities with the children.
After warming up with a fun dance, the children were shown the introduction of the company through a short clip. This is a food company specializing in manufacturing potato chips according to Japanese technology. The most interesting part is that the children experience the process of making snacks. Each child chooses a seasoning they like to mix with the pre-fried potatoes. The children were very excited about the special spicy seasoning, the taste of Tokyo barbecue, spicy seaweed, garlic butter flavor, and corn milk flavor.
For added fun, kids can also play a fun puzzle game. With the correct answer to the question, the child will be rewarded with a teddy bear, a t-shirt, or a rabbit ear hat …
