Welcoming the New School Year 2025-2026

” WELCOMING THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2025 -2026″ . On the afternoon of September 6, continuing the joyful spirit from the opening ceremonies at Bình An and Bình Triệu Centers, the children of Bình Triệu Shelter officially began their new academic journey with the Mass of the new school year.

Present at the celebration were the Sisters of the center, Ms. Nhung’s family, and all 24 children of the shelter. The chapel seemed to shine brighter that day, filled with the children’s pure singing voices and innocent smiles, blending harmoniously with the sacred atmosphere of prayer.

In his homily, Father Giuse Phạm Anh Quốc — Professor at St. Joseph’s  Seminary in Xuan Loc — shared a meaningful message: to become a true human being, one must learn — “learn to eat, learn to speak, learn to wrap, and learn to open.” Through his humorous storytelling, he reminded the children to care for and love one another, to receive with gratitude, and to share generously — especially with their friends who live under the same roof.

The Mass took place in a prayerful yet warm and intimate atmosphere. Every gaze, every reverent gesture contributed to a sacred and heartfelt scene. After the Mass, everyone gathered around a simple but affectionate Agape meal, enjoying togetherness and joy.

The opening Mass at Bình Triệu Shelter concluded in a spirit of quiet joy and reflection — not loud like grand festivals, but filled with simplicity, love, and sacred grace. The children received a truly meaningful beginning to the new school year — one of Knowledge, Friendship, and Faith.
