A SPECIAL CONCERT

On the morning of September 8, a special concert took place at Binh Trieu Center, featuring the Hochiminh Brass Band. The event aimed to bring a joyful and exciting atmosphere to the children on their first day of the 2025–2026 school year.

The performance featured eight members — all Japanese residents living in Ho Chi Minh City. Before the concert began, the group introduced the children to familiar musical instruments such as the flute, clarinet, saxophone, contrabass, and percussion. This helped the kids not only enjoy the music but also learn more about these instruments.

The band delighted the audience with cheerful melodies from beloved animated films like Doraemon, Detective Conan, Totoro, and Chibi Maruko-chan. They also surprised everyone by performing the popular Vietnamese song “Bống Bống Bang Bang.” The lively tunes and rhythmic clapping filled the hall with laughter and excitement.

In addition to the wonderful performance, the band generously offered essential items as gifts to the children — a gesture full of kindness and care.
